Since 1972 Jeff Morby has been operating and managing a property management company. He has owned HRM since 1984. Under his direction this company has led the way in the property management operations in Southern Utah.

Charlotte Jones is HRM's property manager. She has been a real estate broker since 1981 and has been handling property management since shortly after arriving in St. George. She is dedicated to taking care of the little things and each investment individually which makes a world of difference.

Much of what owners and renters will need comes from the staff that handle the trouble calls and the problems that arise from rental properties. We can handle it. Open 6 days a week - on call for your needs.
