Since 1972 Jeff Morby has been operating and managing a property management company. He has owned HRM since 1984. Under his direction this company has led the way in the property management operations in Southern Utah.

Charlotte Jones is HRM's new property manager. She is an experienced real estate broker out of California. She has been in the business since 1981.

Property management is something new for Charlotte and she is excited about the new direction she is taking. She is dedicated to taking care of the "little things" which makes a world of difference.

Much of what owners and renters will need comes from the staff that handle the trouble calls and the problems that arise from rental properties. We can handle it. Open 6 days a week - on call for your needs.
