· All monthly rentals have a refundable deposit of $700- $1000 with a $75 minimum cleaning fee deducted after departure and inspection.
· All units are non-smoking
· Specific units will consider a pet with additional $200-300 deposit
· Check-in time is after 3:00 pm
· Check-out time is no later than 11:00 am
· A MasterCard or Visa card number is taken at time of reservation for security
· Holiday and Summer rates apply
· If party arrives after hours, special arrangements will be made for key pick-up
