Charlotte and Lin bring over 30 years of Real Estate sales experience to the Holiday Resort Realty team, with a primary focus on residential sales & listings. Charlotte was a partner with Coldwell Banker-Allied realty for the last 9 years in central California and is excited about the Washington County market and the prospects of working with both buyers and sellers. Lin retired from the fire service in 2001 after 31 years of service. Lin will combine his 10 years experience with Charlotte's to establish a new team for the local real estate market. They both look forward to working in a community where the people are great, the air is clean and the view is outstanding.
